About Vidyaghar

History

Vidyaghar was founded in 2017 to impart free basic education for students. The aim was to empower these students for the next 10-15 years with quality education. At the end of this period, they would be skilled and qualified to take up jobs in various fields like security services, sports, artisans, agriculture, to name a few. Till date, we have proudly educated nearly 1,732 students.

Initiative

To ensure effective education for the students, we distribute free bags, books, stationary, and uniforms to the students. We recognize that primary education is the right of every child, including those of the rural and tribal communities of our nation. Hence, we intend to setup 225 centers of Vidyaghar with approximately 10,000+ students (we prefer to term them as Vidyaghar Mitra).

Accomplishments

  • Established in 2017 to provide free education.

  • 52 centers with 52 teachers + 3 supervisors + 2 project managers operational.

  • 1732 students taught till date.

  • 5 tribal students selected in Navoday Vidyalaya, where government imparts free education.

  • Vidyaghar Yojana - Bal Shiksha Abhiyan is an initiative of Vishwakarma Kaushal Kendra, spearheaded by Mr. S. P. Jain.
